Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $160.00

Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes): $130.00

Individual Intake Session: $185.00

Insurance

I am a contracted provider for the following insurance plans:

• Premera (and most out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans)

• Kaiser PPO plans (and sometimes Core/HMO plans with authorization from Kaiser)

• First Choice Health

• LifeWise

For all other plans, I can provide a statement for your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an 'out-of-network' provider. I can give you more details on how this process works.

Method of Payment

I accept checks and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Please note that there will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
